This quick flatbread pizza is ready in less than 15 minutes and uses only 3 easy ingredients! Add any toppings you want or leave it plain with just cheese. It's a simple and comforting quick weekday lunch or dinner.
You can bake it in the air fryer for about 5 minutes or an oven for 10 minutes, preferably on a pizza stone.
All you need is flatbread, pizza sauce, and mozzarella cheese. I've been making homemade naan bread in my bread maker and using that. It's so much better than store bought naan! Sometimes we turn ours into a spinach and feta pizza and a pepperoni pizza for the kids.

Step-By-Step Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, leaving a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to warm up. Placing the uncooked flatbread on a preheated pan gives you a nice crispy crust when it's done. If you're air frying your pizza, skip the preheat unless your air fryer requires you to preheat it.
- Spread the pizza sauce on the flatbread and evenly sprinkle on the mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with a small amount of parmesan cheese, if desired.
- Put the pizza on the stone in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes. You should have a bubbly, golden brown layer of cheese when it's done. If air frying, cook for 4-5 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (or the highest temperature your air fryer goes to).
- After removing from the oven, put on a wire cooling rack for 5 minutes to keep the crust crispy. This is an easy trick I love to do so it doesn't get soft!

Storing
Store in the fridge wrapped in foil or plastic wrap for 2-3 days. Flatbread pizzas can be frozen in a freezer safe storage container for 3-6 months and defrosted in the fridge overnight or cooked from frozen in the oven, air fryer or microwave.
