Our oven baked turkey burger patties are made with flavorful seasonings, are super easy to make and cook, and turn out tender and perfect. They make a great wholesome lunch burger, dinner burger or meal prep option. Our recipe is made with only 7 ingredients and they bake for about 20 minutes, making it a quick recipe for busy nights also.
This twist on classic burgers is lighter than beef burgers but still juicy and full of flavor, especially when you add lots of pantry-staple seasonings. Turkey burgers are full of protein too, like our black bean burgers, and easy to customize with cheese, ketchup or your favorite toppings. And they're perfect for a healthier option on game days when made into sliders like how we make our pepperoni pizza sliders.
Serve them with buttered noodles, sweet potato fries, air fried baby potatoes, parmesan roasted asparagus, or fresh fruit salad with yogurt for a balanced meal.

Kristina's Tips
To prevent the patties from falling apart, chill the shaped patties on the baking sheet in the fridge for 20-30 minutes before baking.
How To Keep Turkey Burgers From Drying Out
Turkey burgers can dry out easily because ground turkey is so lean, but you can keep them juicy with a few simple tricks. Add moisture by mixing in ingredients like grated onion, grated zucchini, Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce, greek yogurt, or ketchup. Always add a binder such as egg and make the patties thick rather than thin.
Do Turkey Burgers Fall Apart Easily?
Turkey burgers can fall apart more easily than beef burgers because ground turkey is lean and has less fat to bind the meat together. To help your turkey patties stay together always add a binder like egg or breadcrumbs, don't overhandle the mixture while shaping and chill before cooking.
How To Store
Store leftover turkey patties in a covered container in the fridge for up to 7 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months. Reheat in the oven, microwave or air fryer until warmed through, about 5 minutes.
