Black bean burgers are also a great plant-based meal prepping option. They store and freeze well and can be made in big batches for easy versatile lunches and dinners during the week.

Recipe FAQs

Can I Make These Vegan?

Yes, they can be made vegan by using flax egg instead of eggs and either omitting the feta cheese or replacing it with vegan cheese or nutritional yeast.

Why Are My Black Beans Falling Apart?

If the patties are falling apart they likely need more binder. You can add more breadcrumbs or another egg to help them stick together.
