- Tortellini: use any variety of tortellini, fresh or frozen.
- Spinach: chopped and with the stems removed.
- Alfredo sauce: use your favorite brand (or make your own)
- Grated parmesan cheese

My chicken tortellini bake is made in 4 easy steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Pour the alfredo sauce, tortellini, diced or rotisserie chicken, and torn spinach into the casserole dish. Mix until combined.
- Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the top starts to brown.
