Step-By-Step Directions
This is an easy 2-step recipe. When making air fryer baby potatoes, always make sure the potatoes are washed and fully dried before seasoning. Slice them in half and then follow these steps.
STEP 1: Rub the sliced baby potatoes in olive oil. Add garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika and rosemary. If adding other herbs or parmesan cheese, add them now. Mix until the potatoes are evenly coated with the seasoning.
STEP 2: Spray the air fryer basket lightly with oil and place the seasoned potatoes inside. Set to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and the time for 15 minutes. Shake the basket or toss the potatoes half way through. If potatoes aren't done, continue cooking in 2 minute increments until they easily poke through with a fork.
Remove from the basket, serve and enjoy!
Chef's Tip
For even quicker preparation, leave the potatoes whole and increase the cooking time by 5-10 minutes.

I put the potatoes (cut in halves) in a bowl with a little olive oil and mixed in 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. dried Rosemary, salt and pepper. I did need to cook a little longer than 20 minutes but thought my high altitude the reason. They were so good!

Update: I only put one teaspoon of garlic powder instead of your one tablespoon and all I really taste is the garlic. If I had used a tablespoon, I would have had to throw the potatoes away.

i’m sorry but these were not good

Your recipe calls for one TABLESPOON of garlic powder. Every other recipe online calls for one TEASPOON of garlic powder. One tablespoon of garlic powder for 1.5 pounds of potatoes is a lot of garlic. Is your recipe wrong?
