Ingredients
- Peanut butter
- Banana: a bit over ripe is perfect and a frozen banana works great too.
- Protein powder: vanilla or chocolate protein powder.
- Yogurt: plain Greek yogurt works the best. I have a great recipe for making Greek yogurt at home.
- Milk: any dairy milk works, or use almond milk, oat milk, soy milk, or other plant-based milk alternative.
- Chocolate chips
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Process on high speed until smooth, about 60-90 seconds.
- Taste, and add more milk or ice depending on thickness desired.

To make it even healthier, add a tablespoon or so of:
