Our No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake Bars are the ultimate easy dessert - creamy, rich and loaded with crunchy cookie pieces in every bite. They come together easily with 7 simple ingredients, making them great for birthday parties, holidays, potlucks and more. It's a favorite no bake dessert, like our Cinnamon Toast Crunch cheesecake!
This recipe is great for beginners in the kitchen, busy holiday baking, and party time. No bake desserts are something my kids love to make because they're simple for them to help with, like our Nutella cream cheese balls and pumpkin protein balls.
And if you love Oreos and chocolate you need to try our Oreo mint milkshake. Or a mint chocolate cheesecake with Oreo crust. We love this dessert on Christmas and Thanksgiving, along with a warm cup of crockpot hot chocolate.

Kristina's Tip
Be sure to beat the cream cheese mixture until there are no lumps. Make sure the cream cheese is soft before so it's easy to get rid of any clumps.

How Will I Know When The Bars Are Fully Chilled?
The bars will be firm enough to cut without falling apart but still slightly soft.
