This is not just a sweet dessert. Our recipe is almost half oats and ground flaxseed, which are full of omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, vitamins, protein and minerals. It can be hard to get these essential nutrients to picky kids, so why not combine them with sweet Nutella if they'll eat it?!

- Old fashioned oats or quick oats
- Ground flaxseed

How To Make Nutella Balls
- Use a food processor to grind the old fashioned oats to a fine consistency. It should come close to resembling flour.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground oats, Nutella, cream cheese and ground flaxseed meal. Mix well with a fork or your hands until evenly combined.
- Shape into balls between 1 and 2 tablespoons in size. Enjoy immediately, or chill in the fridge for an hour or more, until the protein balls are firm.

How To Store
Store no-bake Nutella balls in a covered container in the fridge for up to 1 week. They can be frozen for up to 6 months and thawed in the fridge overnight or at room temperature for a few hours.
