Have leftover meatballs and want a quick, simple and delicious way to use them? Our 5-minute Meatball Toast is it! When we make spaghetti dinners we usually have leftover meatballs and use them in other ways throughout the week, like making meatball parmesan subs and this meatball toast.
Toast the sandwich bread to desired doneness. Remove from the toaster.
Spread each toasted bread slice with marinara sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and top with sliced meatballs.
Toast or broil until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
