Whether for lunch or dinner, your family will love tortilla pizzas! They're made with 3 ingredients in only 10 minutes. They're customizable with your favorite pizza toppings and are great for when you don't have pizza dough or other pizza bases on hand but the kids still want a delicious cheesy pizza lunch or dinner.
Lay the tortillas on a parchment-lined baking sheet (if cooking with another method see instructions below). Spread 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce onto each tortilla. Sprinkle evenly with ¼ cup of mozzarella cheese. Add toppings if desired.
Bake in the oven preheated to 400°F for 5-7 minutes, or until cheese begins to turn golden brown. Remove baking sheet from the oven and let pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Skillet/Frying Pan: Prepare tortillas as instructed above. Heat an oiled pan on medium-high heat, then add the tortilla pizza to the pan. Cook over medium heat until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese has melted, about 3 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Air Fryer/Toaster: Prepare tortillas as instructed above. In batches, place into the air fryer basket or on the toaster tray. Cook for 3-5 minutes at 375°F, or until cheese turns golden brown. Remove carefully using a spatula and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
