Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. While the oven preheats, wash the broccoli and chop into ½ inch pieces.
Place the flatbread on a baking sheet. If using a pizza stone, the stone should be kept in the oven while it heats so you'll need to prepare the pizza on the counter. Spread pesto on the bread and top with arugula, chopped broccoli, then mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese begins to bubble. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with a little sea salt to taste and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
