This Frozen Piña Colada recipe is one of my favorite summer cocktails. It's made with just the right ratio of pineapple, rum and coconut cream to make a creamy, blended drink in your own kitchen- but it'll make you feel like you're on a tropical island vacation!

Ingredients
4 ozwhite rum
2ozpineapple juice
2ozcream of coconut
3cupsice or frozen pineapple
Instructions
Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds or until ice is completely crushed and drink is thick and creamy.
Pour into chilled glasses and serve garnished with pineapple slices and a maraschino cherry.
Notes
Storing: Blend as close to serving as possible. Store extras in the fridge and stir well or re-blend right before enjoying to keep it creamy and thick.
Use a good quality white rum. While top shelf isn't necessary, a good quality rum will make your cocktail taste the best it can be.
Add a handful of fresh or frozen pineapple to the drink for added flavor and thickness.
To keep frozen cocktails cold, chill the glasses in the fridge for 15-30 minutes before serving.
