Notes
Storing: Store turkey burgers in a covered container in the fridge for up to 1 week. They can be frozen for up to 6 months for optimal quality.Tip 1: Use a digital thermometer to ensure the turkey burgers are cooked perfectly to 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Overcooking will dry them out and undercooking them will make them unsafe to consume.Tip 2: The burger mixture will be sticky when forming the patties. It may be easier to form the pattie by placing the turkey mixture into the air fryer basket, then shaping it into a circle there rather than in your hands.
