Ingredients
1head cauliflower, chopped into ½ inch pieces
1tablespoonolive oil
¾teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonpepper
3tablespoonfresh thyme
3tablespoonfresh parsley
1lemon
Instructions
Wash, dry, and cut the cauliflower.
Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs.
Add to the basket or tray of the air fryer. Set to 400° Fahrenheit (204°C) for 12 minutes. Toss halfway through.
When done, remove from air fryer and squeeze with lemon. Toss and serve.
Notes
Alternatively, use your favorite seasonings or sauce. There is no need to change the air frying time if swapping out ingredients.
If using dried or lightly dried herbs, use one-third the amount of fresh herb called for. For example, instead of 3 tablespoons of fresh parsley, use 1 tablespoon dried parsley.
