- 2 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- ½ tsp salt, plus more to taste
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp plain yogurt
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon
- nutmeg, to taste
- chives or other fresh herbs
Add the sweet potatoes with 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot. Pressure cook on high for 12 minutes.
Drain water and mash potatoes. Add yogurt, maple syrup, salt, and cinnamon. Mix with a fork until smooth.
Taste and season with additional salt or cinnamon as desired. Add a dash of nutmeg. Top with a pinch of fresh herbs to serve.
