Creamy Yogurt Fruit Salad

Creamy Yogurt Fruit Salad is made with fresh strawberries, blueberries and peaches tossed in a creamy honey yogurt dressing. This easy recipe takes just 10 minutes to make, is delicious, simple to put together, and healthy. It's perfect for summer barbecues and cookouts, pool parties, picnics and after-dinner dessert.

Equipment

  • 1 large mixing bowl
  • 1 small mixing bowl
  • 1 Wooden spoon

Ingredients

  • 1 lb strawberries
  • 4 large peaches or 1 can sliced peaches
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Prepare the strawberries, blueberries and peaches by washing and drying them. Slice the strawberries into bite-sized pieces. Peel (optional) the peaches and slice into bite-sized pieces. Combine the strawberries, peaches and blueberries in a large bowl.
  • In a small mixing bowl combine the yogurt, honey and ground cinnamon. Add to the bowl of fruit and mix gently with a wooden spoon until the fruit is evenly coated in the honey yogurt dressing.
  • Serve immediately or chill for a few hours before serving.

Notes

Storing: Store in a covered container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
