  • Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. If air frying, you can skip the preheat step unless your air fryer requires preheating. Leave a pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven while it's preheating.
  • Spread the pizza sauce on the flatbread, layer with cheese and pepperoni, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • Put the prepared flatbread on the heated pizza stone and bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is golden and bubbly. If air frying, set the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and air fry for 4-5 minutes.

Notes

Preheating a pizza stone will help to crisp the crust.
