This quick Pepperoni Flatbread Pizza is ready to eat in less than 15 minutes or less, making it a quick and easy weeknight dinner that both kids and adults will love! Italian cheeses and tomato sauce topped with pepperonis are baked on flatbread bread.Instructions below for oven baking and air frying.
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. If air frying, you can skip the preheat step unless your air fryer requires preheating. Leave a pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven while it's preheating.
Spread the pizza sauce on the flatbread, layer with cheese and pepperoni, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Put the prepared flatbread on the heated pizza stone and bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is golden and bubbly. If air frying, set the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and air fry for 4-5 minutes.
Notes
Preheating a pizza stone will help to crisp the crust.
