Patriotic Dip with Chocolate and Coconut
An easy Patriotic Dip made with chocolate m&ms and topped with sweet coconut shreds! Make in only 10 minutes and serve with salty pretzels or sweet berries.
Servings: 2 cups
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup red and blue m&ms
- ½ cup shredded coconut
In a mixing bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, vanilla extract, and white sugar until mostly smooth.
Add the powdered sugar, ½ cup at a time and mix until smooth.
Mix in m&ms and shredded coconut.
Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
