This quick flatbread pizza is ready in less than 15 minutes and requires only 3 ingredients! Add any toppings you want or leave it plain with just cheese. A simple and comforting quick weekday lunch or dinner that can be oven baked or air fryer (instructions for both below).
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, leaving a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to warm up. Placing the uncooked flatbread on a preheated pan gives you a nice crispy crust when it's done. If you're air frying your pizza, skip the preheat unless your air fryer requires you to preheat it.
Spread the pizza sauce on the flatbread and evenly sprinkle on the mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with a small amount of parmesan cheese, if desired.
Put the pizza on the stone in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes. If air frying, cook for 4-5 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (or the highest temperature your air fryer goes to). You will have bubbly golden brown cheese when it's done.
