Flatbread Pizza

This quick flatbread pizza is ready in less than 15 minutes and requires only 3 ingredients! Add any toppings you want or leave it plain with just cheese. A simple and comforting quick weekday lunch or dinner that can be oven baked or air fryer (instructions for both below).

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, leaving a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to warm up. Placing the uncooked flatbread on a preheated pan gives you a nice crispy crust when it's done. If you're air frying your pizza, skip the preheat unless your air fryer requires you to preheat it.
  • Spread the pizza sauce on the flatbread and evenly sprinkle on the mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with a small amount of parmesan cheese, if desired.
  • Put the pizza on the stone in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes. If air frying, cook for 4-5 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (or the highest temperature your air fryer goes to). You will have bubbly golden brown cheese when it's done.
