Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 2 medium tortilla wraps
  • salsa or diced tomatoes

Instructions

  • Scramble the eggs over medium heat until cooked through.
