Ingredients
Traditional Mango Shake

dairy milk

Greek yogurt
plain

fresh, frozen, or canned
Vegan Mango Shake

plant-based milk
or coconut water

plant-based yogurt

mango
Instructions
Add all ingredients to the blender in the order your blender suggests. If using the
Instant Ace Blender
add the milk first, then yogurt, and mango.
Blend on high speed for 60-90 seconds. For the Instant Ace Blender, choose the "smoothie" option and blend for 90 seconds.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Top with fresh mint, a sprinkle of cinnamon or whipped cream.
Notes
Frozen mango will create a slightly thicker shake, while fresh and canned mango will make a shake that's a little less thick.
