2 Ingredient Fudge for Valentine's Day

Celebrate your loved ones this Valentine's Day with this sweet and creamy pink vanilla 2 ingredient fudge! It uses only 2 ingredients and comes together in just 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups white chocolate chips
  • 2 cups vanilla frosting (one 16 ounce container)
  • red food coloring
  • festive sprinkles

Instructions

  • Line an 8x8 baking pan with wax paper.
  • Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between. This should take about 90 seconds total. Stop once most of the chips are melted. A good stir will melt the few remaining chocolate chips.
  • Add the frosting to the melted chocolate. Stir and a few drops of food coloring. Stir again, adding food coloring until the desired color is reached. Optionally, add a few tablespoons of sprinkles too.
  • Pour into pan and top with additional sprinkles. Chill for 2 hours before cutting.
