Loaded Sheet Pan Nachos

Loaded Sheet Pan Nachos are guaranteed to please! Layer a baking sheet with tortilla chips, lots of cheese and your toppings. Then bake and serve all on the same pan. A perfectly easy and mouth-watering party food!

Ingredients

  • 2 bags tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican style cheese
  • 1 ½ lbs ground beef
  • 2 taco seasoning packets
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 ½ cups frozen or canned corn
  • 1 ½ cups black beans
  • 3 tomatoes, diced
  • ½ cup cilantro, torn
  • 3 cups lettuce, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°. Lightly spray a baking sheet with oil.
  • In a large skillet, brown ground beef on medium heat for 5 minutes, breaking into crumbles as it cooks. Drain the fat and add taco seasoning packets and water according the package. Simmer for 5 minutes more and remove from heat.
  • Layer the sheet pan with tortilla chips, ⅔ of the cheese, diced peppers, black beans, and corn. Top with the taco-seasoned beef and the remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, until heated through and the cheese has melted.
  • Remove from the oven and top with diced tomatoes, cilantro and lettuce.

Notes

Serve with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole on the side.
