- 3 large tomatoes
- 2 small red onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 ½ tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoon fresh basil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large cucumbers
Dice the tomatoes, onions, and garlic. Add balsamic vinegar, oil and torn basil leaves. Mix well, taste, and season with salt and pepper as desired.
Slice the cucumbers about ½ inch thick.
