Instant Pot Corn On The Cob

Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn shucked
  • 1 ½ cups water see notes

Instructions

  • Peels the husks off the ears of corn and remove all silk strings.
  • Pour the water into the inner pot. Place a trivet or silicone sling in the pot. Add the corn.
  • Close the lid and set the vent to sealed. Set to pressure cook/manual on high for 1 minute. For slightly softer corn, set to 2 minutes.
  • When pressure cooking is complete, quickly release the pressure and remove the lid. Use tongs to transfer the corn to a serving dish. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.

Notes

Use the manufacturer's recommended amount of water for your size Instant Pot or pressure cooker. The recommended water amount allows the pot to come to pressure correctly, which affects cook time and therefore, recipe outcome.
If using more or less corn, keep the pressure cook time the same.
