Preheat the oven to 450℉ and grease a baking sheet with olive oil or butter. Roll out 1 package pizza dough onto the baking sheet and cut into 24 two-inch squares.
Scoop 1 tablespoon of buffalo dip or buffalo chicken onto each dough square. Fold the opposite corners to each other so they overlap. Press the seams together, flip over so seam is down, and shape gently into a ball.
Combine melted butter, salt, garlic powder, and parsley in a small bowl. Brush the sauce onto each dough ball.
Bake for 10-12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown. Serve with ranch or blue cheese for dipping.
Air Fryer Method
Roll out the pizza dough on a cutting board and cut into 24 pieces using a pizza cutter or knife. Scoop 1 tablespoon of buffalo dip or buffalo chicken onto each dough piece. Fold the opposite corners to each other so they overlap. Press the seams together, flip over so the seam is down and shape into a ball. Combine the melted butter, salt, garlic powder, and parsley in a small bowl. Brush the sauce onto each dough ball. Transfer the dough balls to the air fryer basket or tray. Set to air fry at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 4-5 minutes, until the dough is golden brown.
