S'mores Cookie Dough Dip is full of mini marshmallows and chocolate chips and spun with caramel sauce inside! This easy and fun dip is great for summer parties, barbecues, and sleepovers. It's made with flour instead of powdered sugar or cream cheese and comes together quickly in 1 bowl. Ready to serve in just 10 minutes. It's like eating cookie dough out of the bowl!

Chocolate Caramel S'mores Cookie Dough Dip
Remember being a kid and begging your mom to let you eat the raw cookie dough straight out of the mixing bowl? This s'mores dip is the perfect solution for your kids when they love the taste of cookie dough but you don't want them to get that dreaded raw egg stomach ache.
S'mores cookie dough dip is made without egg, so you can eat as much as you want!
This s'mores cookie dough dip is also made with flour (plus lots of other sweet, unhealthy ingredients), not powdered sugar or cream cheese, so it tastes phenomenal! I've made a few cream cheese based "cookie dough" dips before, and I'll be honest, they do not taste like cookie dough. While they do stay soft in the fridge and generally use less ingredients than I do with this s'mores dip recipe, they do not taste like cookie dough. Plain and simple.
And if you are expecting a cookie dough dip to taste like cookie dough, cream cheese doesn't cut it. Neither does powdered sugar.
This recipe for a caramel and chocolate s'mores dip tastes like cookie dough straight out of the mixing bowl...the way that cookie dough tasted when I was a kid and sneaked my finger into the bowl when my mom wasn't looking. Because we were forbidden to taste any dough made with raw eggs before it was cooked. But we always did. 😂
I'm a little more risky than my mom was, and I will let my kids taste raw dough, sparingly of course. But they always want more. So this s'mores cookie dough dip is the perfect solution to allowing them to eat an entire bowl of cookie dough! Or let's say, cookie dough dip.
And maybe not the whole bowl. But way more than a little finger scoop full! 😉
Our favorite way to enjoy s'mores dip is with a fun snack board of course! I love making kid-friendly charcuterie, or snack boards. This summer we've made this Pinterest viral (12,000 shares!) red, white and blue charcuterie board for Memorial Day, 4th of July, and a birthday barbecue. And this 15-minute kid-friendly charcuterie board is our go-to for class parties and fall holidays. You should give them a try!
You can also eat this cookie dough dip plain, off your finger or a spoon. Or with dippers you have on hand, like pretzels or graham crackers.

How To Make S'mores Cookie Dough Dip
This easy s'mores dip is made by first mixing the butter and sugar until they are incorporated. Then you add the vanilla extract, caramel, heavy cream, and salt and mix again. Then add the flour and mix until it's smooth. It's best to do this with an electric mixer.
Next, add the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows and mix until evenly distributed.
Transfer the s'mores dip to a serving bowl and top with more marshmallows and chocolate chips if you desire.
